Most quotes can be done over the phone with a clear inventory (of items larger than a microwave). We believe that we ask for a fair price and our success proves that we are accurately priced, as we are always busy.
Quotes don’t take as long as you think if have your information ready. What we need to know:
- Pick up and drop off addresses (postcodes will do, e.g. CH61 OR L17)
- The type of properties (house or flat and what floor? Is there a lift?)
- Inventory or list of items larger than a microwave
- Clear estimation of the number of boxes/bags (we can help with that)
- Do we need to flat pack and build any furniture? (beds/wardrobes for example)
- Any difficulties we may face; long walks, steps, lifts, wait for keys, etc.
- The arrangements for keys on moving day, time for access
- Don’t forget your garage, shed, loft, garden furniture and pot plants
